Λέκτορας Βιολογίας Θρέψης Φυτών στο Εργαστήριο Φυσιολογίας & Μορφολογίας Φυτών του Τομέα Βιολογίας Φυτών του Τμήματος Γεωπονικής Βιοτεχνολογίας του Γεωπονικού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών. Πτυχιούχος Γεωπόνος Βιοτεχνολόγος του Γεωπονικού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών (1990-1995), Διδάκτορας Φυσιολογίας Φυτών του Γεωπονικού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών (1996-2000). Εργάστηκε επί 8 έτη στο Γραφείο Προϊόντων Βιοτεχνολογίας του Υπουργείου Αγροτικής Ανάπτυξης (2002-2009) και μεταδιδακτορικά ως ερευνητής σε θέματα φυτοεξυγίανσης με το υδρόβιοφυτό Apium nodiflorum. Μέλος ΔΕΠ ενταγμένο στο Εργαστήριο Φυσιολογίας & Μορφολογίας Φυτών του Τομέα Βιολογίας Φυτών του Τμήματος Γεωπονικής Βιοτεχνολογίας ως Λέκτορας (2009-). Είναι μέλος της ερευνητικής κοινότητας για τη μελέτη του θείου στο φυτό (Sulphyton). Ασχολείται ερευνητικά σε θέματα φυσιολογίας της θρέψης των φυτών με θεματολογία που εστιάζεται στην αναπτυξιακή φυσιολογία της θρέψης του αραβοσίτου υπό συνθήκες τροφοπενίας θείου, αζώτου, φωσφόρου. Συμμετέχει στη διδασκαλία των μαθημάτων “Φυσιολογία Φυτών” και “Θρέψη Φυτων” σε προπτυχιακό επίπεδο και “Μεταβολικά Δίκτυα & Ρυθμιστικούς Μηχανισμούς των φυτών” σε μεταπτυχιακό επίπεδο.
