Personal Info

Dr. Nikolaos Ntoulas earned his PhD degree from the Department of Crop Science, Agricultural University of Athens. He has also fulfilled his BSc and pursued his MSc in Landscape Architecture at the same Department. He is working as a member of the teaching and research staff of the Laboratory of Floriculture and Landscape Architecture, Department of Crop Science, Agricultural University of Athens. He teaches in 4 under- and 5 post- graduate modules. He has participated in several granted research programs. Thus, he has a very good status concerning experience on landscape and urban horticulture, green roof and living wall systems, native plant species evaluation for establishing sustainable green roofs, substrate amendments and turfgrass science that resulted in more than 70 scientific publications in impact factor journals, international and national conferences and technical magazines. He has been a reviewer of several scientific journals and he has excellent knowledge of various statistics and design software.
