The educational program and a large number of research activities, provides ideal conditions for the excellent preparation of the students.

The duration of the studies is five years (10 semesters).  The semesters 1-6 provide education on basic fields of sciences. The following 2 semesters (semesters 7-8) include courses on fundamental topics of the Faculty of Crop Science, whereas the 9th semester is devoted to courses of the specializations. The 10th semester is devoted to a special project and the preparation of the graduate thesis. 

The Degree in Agricultural Science of the Faculty of Crop Science is considered as equivalent to an MSc Degree, due to the 5-year duration of the studies, the specialized courses of the 9th semester and the graduate thesis.
