Group Leader, of the project ‘Pyrrou Ampelos’, 2018-2021, within the framework of the regional programmes for the area of Epirus, Greece, dealing with ampelographic and molecular characterization of the autochthonous grapevine varieties of the region of Epirus, through SSR, RAD-seq genotyping, Bisulfite Sequencing and MSAP analysis.
