The nature and content of diagnosis.  Distinguishing diseases on the basis of symptoms and ease of diagnosis.  Fundamental factors for successful diagnosis.  Diagnosis on site and in the laboratory.  Methods and techniques for the diagnosis of fungal, prokaryotic, viral and non-transmissible diseases.
