Citrus, olive and tropical fruits: origin and early development, description, production, pollination. Propagation, rootstocks and varieties. Climatic and soil conditions. Planting the orchard. Soil management, pruning, fertilisation and irrigation. Thinning of fruits. Fruit maturation, harvest and storage.
